Unity Bridges- Booklet for Youth Work in culturally mixed areas

We are happy to present the Booklet for Youth Work in culturally mixed areas, developed within the frame of the Erasmus+ Training Course “Unity Bridges: Empowering Youth to Embrace Diversity”, implemented in Thessaloniki, Greece, in November 2025.

This publication was jointly created with the participants and partners in this project from 9 different European countries and gathers the key learning, reflections and practical tools for youth workers. It focuses on intercultural competence, youth participation, ethical facilitation and concrete methods for working in culturally mixed environments.

The booklet is designed as a practical resource for youth workers and educators who want to strengthen inclusion, dialogue and meaningful engagement of young people in diverse and culturally mixed areas. We invite you to explore it and use it in your daily youth work practice.
