Raising Impact for Skills Empowerment- RISE

Between 4-12 October in Tetovo, North Macedonia, we implemented the Erasmus+ Training Course “RISE – Raising Impact for Skills Empowerment.”
The project brought together 40 aspiring youth workers from Germany, North Macedonia, Spain, Austria, Greece, Hungary, Serbia, Turkey, Estonia, Italy, and Romania, all motivated to develop their competences, experience and international network for working with young people.
Through interactive workshops, practical sessions, and team building activities, participants learned new non-formal education tools, explored ways to engage youth more effectively, and discovered how to create a lasting impact with their local and international actions.
The atmosphere during the week was full of energy, mutual learning, and diversity, proving that when youth workers from all over Europe come together to learn, they truly RISE! tekstov
