Another look at our energizing week in Tetovo !

,30 sport workers from Germany,Slovenia,Greece,Turkey,Serbia,Macedonia stepped off the field and into the world of youth work, learning from experienced Youth Work and Sport for Development experts about how to use non-formal education in sport work to better engage, inspire and empower young people.

From interactive educational workshops to sharing real experiences, combined with teamwork moments, they explored new tools and creative methods to bring more meaning and social elements into their everyday work with youth.

The goal? Not just playing the game, but using it to teach, connect, and empower.
