Minds in Motion
“Minds in Motion” brought together 53 young people from 6 countries for an intensive youth exchange dedicated to one of today’s most urgent topics: youth mental health 💚
From 26 March to 04 April in Tetovo, North Macedonia, participants from Germany, North Macedonia, Italy, Serbia, Romania, and Poland came together to learn, share, and grow. Through collaboration and dialogue, they explored different national realities, exchanged good practices, and developed new approaches to better support young people in their everyday lives 🤝
The exchange created a space where learning went far beyond theory. Participants strengthened their skills through interactive workshops, group work, and non-formal education activities, while also building meaningful connections across cultures. Of course, the process was balanced with plenty of fun, laughter, and unforgettable shared moments along the way 🌍✨
In a time defined by fast-paced living and constant pressure, mental well-being is not a luxury — it is a necessity. It shapes how we learn, connect, grow, and build sustainable futures. Raising awareness and taking care of mental health means taking care of our communities as a whole.
Young people today face increasing challenges such as stress, anxiety, isolation, and addiction, often intensified by academic demands, social expectations, and limited access to supportive environments. Addressing these issues is essential for personal growth and social inclusion.
Through this exchange, we aimed to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where participants could openly express themselves and learn from one another. Activities including sports, outdoor challenges, and teamwork sessions supported both physical well-being and social bonding, helping participants build resilience and develop practical coping strategies for everyday life 🧘♀️🌿
“Minds in Motion” stands as a reminder that when young people are given space, trust, and support, they don’t just learn — they transform, connect, and create impact that lasts beyond borders 🚀
