Moments from our Erasmus+ Training Course “Youth Work Lab” in Tetovo, North Macedonia

From 7–15 March 2026, we had the pleasure of hosting 36 participants from 10 different European countries for an inspiring journey of learning, sharing, and growing together. 🌍✨

Throughout the week, Tetovo became more than just a location — it turned into a living classroom where cultures met, perspectives were challenged, and new ideas were shaped through collaboration. Every day brought a mix of energy, curiosity, and creativity, as participants explored different approaches to youth work and non-formal education.

Through interactive workshops, group challenges, open discussions, and hands-on activities, everyone had the chance to step outside their comfort zone, develop new skills, and learn from one another. 🤝📚 The exchange of experiences highlighted the power of diversity and the importance of youth work in building stronger, more connected communities across Europe.

Beyond the learning sessions, the real magic happened in the informal moments — shared meals, late-night conversations, laughter between cultures, and friendships that will continue long after the project ends. 🌟
