We create pathways for sustainable, resilient local communities by coordinating activities focused on environmental protection, climate change, and sustainable development. Bright works with local and national stakeholders to address pressing challenges, emphasizing green growth and eco-friendly practices.
-Through workshops, training sessions, seminars, and conferences, we provide non-formal education opportunities. These initiatives aim to improve employability, communication, and leadership skills, with a special emphasis on youth and marginalized groups. We also offer mentorship, coaching, and hands-on guidance, helping individuals develop critical skills for the future.
Bright is dedicated to supporting young people in becoming active, responsible European citizens. We encourage entrepreneurship and eco-employment by organizing training programs in social entrepreneurship, agro-entrepreneurship, and community engagement, particularly in rural and underserved areas.
To reach more people and expand our impact, Bright has developed a strong network of partners on both national and international levels. Locally, we collaborate with schools, orphanage institutions and organisations, and universities, where we provide educational activities, capacity-building workshops, and professional development for staff. Internationally, we work with youth organizations, networks, and social enterprises, exchanging best practices and creating cross-border opportunities for young people.

Our main activities include:

• Conducting research, publishing guides and training programs, and developing innovative learning materials.
